Cold War Community Trunk

Launching with a twist on the traditional museum "traveling trunk", we have created a Cold War Community Trunk which examines local history through the Los Angeles and surrounding counties. As the three most populated counties in the United States, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles hold endless pieces of history that can be uncovered by our local youth and adults alike. With lesson plans created to meet California K-12 standards, and hands-on activities with historical objects designed for all ages, this community trunk is perfectly suited for schools and other non-profit groups. Interact with the objects and lessons, then get outside and explore the landscape to see what you can uncover, too!

If you have a group that would be interested in renting the trunk, or would like to take part in the program for individual learning, please contact us to reserve the trunk today!

**UPDATE: We are currently building our Visual Arts and Advertising Community Trunk. Please contact us for more info if you are interested!**
